About Kallikottai Kalaikovil Dance Academy
Kallikottai Kalaikovil Dance Academy Calicut, Kerala is an center of Art which specializes Bharatanatyam (Vazhavoor Bani ) Mohiniyattom Kuchipudi was founded in 2009 Januari by Dr Harshan Sebastian Antony. Kallikottai Kalaikovil consist of a committee with advisory board including senior performing artists and supervising with well qualified persons.
Kallikottai Kalaikovil is fruit of the vision and mission of Guru Dr Harshan Sebastian Antony.

To be a Centre of learning , creative choreographies and quality education in the performing arts.
Mission
The primary purpose of the Kallikottai Kalaikovil Academy is to create an intense love for dance while instilling confidence, discipline and respect for the performing arts. To provide a strong technical foundation for the growing dancer. We promote the study of classical art forms as a basis to develop an understanding of the inner soul and to reach the level of art to the supreme with the technique of study.
Dr.HARSHAN SEBASTIAN ANTONY ( Founder , Director & Guru)
Dr Harshan is an exponent in Bharathanatyam and is a disciple
of kalamandalam Vimaladevi , Padmasri Shobhana .His prodigy
won acclaims when he was conffered the title of Kalaprathibha
for the year 2002.His passion and effort leads him into
achieving his Doctorate degree in Bharathanatyam . He learnt
different style of Bharathanatyam and now is a true exponent
teacher of vazhavoor Bani.As a teacher he contributed number
of artists to the field of dance. He trained more than 1000 of
students.
His choreographies inspires the students and is a visual
treats to Rasika’s of Bharathanatyam.Manay of his disciples
staged Bharatanatyam items choreographed by him for
kalolsavams. OHMSDC is presently impar
ting training to more than 200 students under the direct
guidance of Dr Harshan. He is a recipient of various National
and international awards including Natyacharya and
Sreshtacharya and NrithyaNishta from Aida .
He is the perfect teacher who brilliantly discovers the
ability of each one of his students and brings out the best
inthem. He contributed various choreographies into the field
of Bharathanatyam with different things.Bharathamba Muslim
based VAVAR varnam and production ,Jesus mother Marry Matha
Amrithanandamayi etc are some of the examples of Harshan
choreography which receives the national attention .He
composed his famous productions Sreechakra Navavaranakruthi
with ICCR Grant and also completed famous productions
Mayamohini, Krishnamrutham .
